• Refunds:
  • Must be requested in writing within 30 days.
  • Depend on supplier confirmation.
  • Take 15-45 days to process.
  • Issued to the original payment method only.
  • Supporting documents may be required for charge waivers.
  • Only services not rendered are refundable—not inconvenience or added expenses.
• No Shows: Attract 100% charge.
