Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before arrival, with full payment required upfront. Upon booking, you’ll receive an instant reservation email and a confirmation with a voucher within 48-72 hours. Vouchers must be presented at check-in. Special Event bookings have stricter terms, including higher prices, no amendments, and no refunds on cancellations. All bookings follow applicable terms, cancellation policies, and fees.
Cancellation deadlines vary per booking and will be shared before confirmation. Cancellations or changes made before the deadline are free; after the deadline, charges apply. Refunds for cancellations before the deadline will be made to the original payment method.
Refunds depend on supplier confirmation and must be requested in writing within 30 days of travel start. Partial refunds require proof of unused services from the supplier. Refund processing takes 15 to 45 days and is made to the original payment method. No claims after refund processing. For refund requests waiving charges, Sanzad International will require supporting documents before processing with suppliers. Refunds cover only services not rendered, not any inconvenience or extra costs caused by service unavailability.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Complaints should be reported to the hotel or service provider during the stay for prompt resolution. If unresolved, notify Ottila by email within 7 days of the service date. Complaints received after 7 days will not be considered.
